FlexiSeal® Screw Oil Manifolds

Cincinnati Milacron Extrusion Systems offers the latest design in screw oil manifold technology for most twin screw extruder models. These manifolds address leaks caused by high temperatures, manifold side loading and oil contamination.

Flexiseal® Manifold with RF Design

Features:

• The wear ring is constructed of a High Temperature Polyester Composite. It is rated for continuous service at 400 degrees F.
• The O-Ring is made of FKM (Viton®). This compound has excellent chemical resistance and is rated for continuous service at 400 degrees F.
• The flanged Flexiseal® is composed of carbon fiber-filled PTFE, backed with a heat-treated Elgiloy® spring. It is rated for continuous service at 450 degrees F.
• In event of a primary seal leak, the Return Flow (“RF”) design provides a low-pressure collection chamber to capture the leak and route the oil back to tank.
