All rebuilds include the following parts and service:

Full gearbox housing inspection
New epoxy coating on the inner housing when needed
Total bearing replacement
New oil seals and ‘O’ rings
Cooling coil replacement
Sight glass replacement
Repainting of the outer housing

Receive a 10% discount on any gear sets, pinions, shafts, and load cells that are discovered to be bad during the inspection process.

For CM80HP extruders built prior to 1994, we have a new high-capacity retrofit for the distribution gearbox. This upgrade meets today’s processing demands by increasing the thrust capacity.

All rebuilds carry a full one-year warranty*

* Load cells and screw thrust meters must be in good operating order and set up properly. Note: Gearbox life is very dependent on proper alignment of the mating components. Good installation technique will insure the long life that you expect from your refurbished gearbox.
