SERVTEK Services offers a Stocking Program which will save you the expense of having to commit capital to acquire replacement parts that you will not use immediately, and will free the valuable space in your plant necessary to store these parts. At the same time you will be confident that these parts are available to you immediately.

How does SERVTEK’s Stocking Program work?

First: You determine what plastics processing equipment parts you need to stock (barrels, feed screws, check valves, etc.) for the next 120 days.
Second: You issue a "blanket" Purchase Order for these parts. You will NOT be invoiced at this time.
Third: SERVTEK manufactures/orders the parts and stocks these parts for up to one full year for YOU only. These parts cannot be sold to others, and will be ready for immediate delivery when you require.
Fourth: When you have need for your parts, you will issue SERVTEK a "Release" (authorization) number for the parts you need. At this time they will be shipped in the specified manner. The shipped parts can either be replaced in stock or not, according to the agreement. This allows you the flexibility of maintaining parts continuously in stock, again, without tying up your capital.
Fifth: SERVTEK will invoice you for only the parts that were shipped. Any product in stock one year from the order date will automatically be shipped and invoiced, Net 30.
