Milacron Elects Four Directors
CINCINNATI, OHIO, April 24, 2002 - At its annual meeting of shareholders yesterday, Milacron Inc. (NYSE: MZ) announced that three incumbent directors and one new director had been elected to three-year terms on the board.
Re-elected were:
David L. Burner, Chairman, President and CEO of the Goodrich Corporation
Barbara Hackman Franklin, President and CEO of Barbara Franklin Enterprises and former Secretary of Commerce
Joseph A. Pichler, Chairman and CEO of The Kroger Company.
Newly elected was Charles F. C. Turner, a former Milacron employee and a great grandson of one of the founders of the company, Fred A. Geier.
Milacron reported than none of those elected received fewer than 95% of the votes cast by shareholders.
