Milacron Sets Annual Meeting Date

(NYSE: MZ) announced today that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, in the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, 1301 Western Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.  A record date of March 15, 2006 has been set for determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the company’s annual meeting.
