Milacron Taps Gerold Schley to Head China BusinessesBATAVIA, OHIO, November 19, 2009…Milacron LLC announced today that it has chosen Gerold Schley to lead its plastics machinery operations in China. As Vice President China Operations and Global Sourcing, Schley will assume responsibility for all of the company’s plastics machinery businesses in China, including Milacron Marketing – China, as well as the company’s joint venture in Jiangyin. Gerold Schley will report directly to David Lawrence, President Worldwide Plastics and DME Company LLC. In a related action, Milacron named Jay Woerner Vice President of India Operations, allowing him to focus exclusively on the company’s plastics machinery operations in that region. Ferromatik Milacron India Ltd., a strategically important joint venture, has a strong record of expansion and success over the past ten years and continues to show potential for further growth. Prior to that, he held a number of managerial and consulting positions for sourcing, logistics and production planning with a variety of European manufacturers including several years at Ferromatik Milacron in Germany. Woerner, 60, joined Milacron in 2003 as Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sourcing. Prior to that he held key managerial positions in the U.S. auto parts industry for over 30 years.
