Cimcool Industrial Products Announces Purchase of Starchem Metalworking Fluids Business

Expands reach of growing international company

Cincinnati, OH, November 8, 2010…..Cimcool Industrial Products LLC, a Milacron LLC company with global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, has acquired the Starchem, Inc. metalworking fluids business. Starchem is a metalworking and lubricant supplier headquartered in Mason, Ohio with distributors located throughout the US and licensees in Europe. The acquisition continues to expand Cimcool’s global network of metalworking fluid businesses.

An asset purchase transaction, the acquisition also enables Cimcool to assume Starchem’s global license agreements.

The purchase price and other specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
