Sprue Pickers for Parts Separation

Milacron’s Sprue Pickers quickly and precisely remove sprues and parts from injection molding machines.
Features and Benefits:
- 2models of pickers for presses from 33-400 tons
- A vacuum generator and vacuum switch that allows use of a vacuum end-of-arm tool for runner (or light part) removal.
- A shock absorbing system on the vertical arm to allow for very fast and smooth operation.>
- The delivery direction can be changed from the operator to non-operator side of the molding machine in less than one minute.
- Can quickly be rotated out of the way when a mold is being changed.
- The base is angled away from the molding area to provide an additional horizontal clearance margin while the mold is being installed.

Milacron Articulating Gantry Robots are designed for precision, high-speed operation, user-friendly setup and maximum reliability.
Milacron Articulating Gantry Robots use rotary axes or articulated "joints" for load/unload and post processing motions, and a linear axis for repositioning, allowing them to make flexible, human-like moves. Traditional linear gantry robots typically use only linear rails to perform robot motion.

- Six axes of motion (one linear, five rotary) resulting in a "mobile" robot capable of servicing multiple operations.
