Uniloy Milacron's UMA 50 D is equipped with two accumulator heads and a single extruder for a double cavity configuration. This brings you the cost-effective answer to high production requirements. The Dual Dynamic Manifold guarantees a perfect balance of flow and identical melt conditions to each accumulator head.

Extreme Versatility
Independent control of all functions (shot size, parison profile, blowing parameters), allows you to produce different items on each cavity, or even to run only one cavity. Double head configurations are available on the whole range of accumulator head technologies of Uniloy Milacron.

One of the largest Uniloy Milacron extrusion blow molding machine features an opening daylight as wide as 3 meters, and it can be fit with accumulator heads up to 80 liters.
