The Uniloy Milacron UMIB Injection Blow Molding Series includes a complete line of 3-station injection blow systems with clamp forces from 45 to over 189 metric ton. Producing the most demanding-tolerance small to medium-size containers, the UMIB injection-blow process can use a wide variety of resins. Finished containers from 2 milliliters to 2 liters with precise neck finishes for child-resistant and tamper-proof closures.

Process is totally scrap-free, matching the needs of pharmaceutical, medical and food industry. Uniloy Milacron can also provide a “MED” kit to produce bacteria-free containers with high clean-room standards. Injection-blow is the best choice for top quality and consistent production.
