Cincinati Milacron has engineered its single screw extruders with modular design concepts to meet market requirements. The result is built-in flexibility, lower cost, faster deliveries and, ultimately, an exceptionally competitive value to our customers...from stand-alone extruders to complete systems. Smooth bore (PAK) to grooved feed (G-PAK). Floor mounted (S-PAK) or pedestal mounted (S-PAK-T) coextruder models available from 3/4” to 1-3/4”.
The PAK series single screw extruders handle applications including sheet, custom profile, window profile, pipe (all resins), pelletizing, medical tubing, structural foam, wire & cable, and blown film.
Alternative materials of construction for the barrel and screw provide long life, rebuildability and reduced life-cycle costs for each model.
We have world-wide demonstration and development laboratories and technical assistance to help you with processing solutions.

screwv shanks. If you have an existing feed screw inventory,
you can now interchange your non-Milacron screws with our extruders.
- Customized screw designs matched specifically to the customer
process requirements for optimal performance.
- Direct coupled or belt & sheave configurations available.
- Feeding systems to meet process performance requirements: gravity,
volumetric, crammer, single and multi-component gravimetric.
