D-M-E OFFFERS TDC FINISH EJECTOR PINS
Thin-Dense Chrome (TDC) Finish Ejector Pins from D-M-E require no external lubrication
D-M-E Company continues its commitment to offering a broad selection
of molding components with TDC Finish Ejector Pins. These pins
require no lubrication and complement D-M-E’s already extensive
line of ejector pin technology.

The TDC Finish Ejector Pins are coated with a thin-dense chrome finish,
which delivers a natural lubricity, eliminating the need to constantly
provide external lubrication. The hotwork die steel provides thermal
shock resistance. Furthermore, the hot-forged heads are machined
to have uniform grain flow and a high tensile strength. Like all
D-M-E ejector pins, the TDC Finish Ejector Pins are available in
many standard diameter sizes.
