The NEW Dura+ series of hot runners have been introduced to produce exceptional part quality and clarity when molding clear parts, a key requirement in the automotive lighting industry. Lighting products often use PC and other corrosive resins that can react with steel, causing imperfections that appear as black specking on the molded part. Dura+ components feature full stainless steel construction for its unique anti-corrosive properties, maintaining steel integrity and helping to eliminate these types of part defects.

There are 2 types of Dura+ nozzles to optimize molding conditions under any circumstances, Dura+ and Dura+F.


The ideal nozzle choice where shorter nozzles, with precise thermal profiles and reliable single heater zones, are preferred.


Brazed heater technology

Marine Brass Heater Sleeves

  • Heater channels are tested and optimized for exceptional thermal balance and consistency along the length of the nozzle unlike traditional heater bands.
  • Excellent thermal profile for extending processing window, preventing resin degradation.
  • Multi-zone heat control along extended nozzle lengths allows for precision adjustments to the molding process.
  • Snap Retaining Ring is easily removed for field disassembly and replacement of sleeves in seconds.
