Milacron Welcomes Bruce Chalmers
Milacron CFO John Francy announced today that Bruce Chalmers has joined Milacron as Vice President, Finance. In this newly created position, Bruce will report directly to John and be located at corporate headquarters in Cincinnati.
Bruce’s long-term mission is to lead the transition of our diverse accounting and finance teams into a fully connected, global, world-class, finance organization. Emphasis will be placed on leading the role of finance in major strategic programs, driving business priorities, and streamlining our work flows and processes.
To help drive that transition, reporting to Bruce will be the company’s functional Vice Presidents of Finance/Group Controllers:
- Roy Schweiger – Plastics Machinery and Aftermarket
- Steve Bucinski – DME
- Larry Hogan – Mold-Masters
- Dave Nutley – Cimcool
With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, and business development at Ernst & Young LLP, Millennium Chemicals, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, and (most recently) as CFO of MetoKote Corporation (CCMP-owned), Bruce brings strong managerial and practical experience to Milacron. He has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University, and is fluent in French. Later this year, he plans to relocate to Cincinnati from his current home in Baltimore, Maryland.
