Milacron Contract Manufacturing offers a wide variety of secondary operations to complement our machining and fabrication services, allowing us to provide our customers a true turnkey manufacturing solution. We provide the finishing services that our customers need the most, meeting a number of stringent industry standards.

Our in-house capabilities include advanced surface preparation capabilities as well as plating, painting, freezing, and several phosphate coatings. In addition we also provide comprehensive heat treating and testing. All of these quality services are geared towards the demanding needs heavy industry.

We also offer extensive metal fabrication capabilities including a number of forming, cutting, and welding operations. These capabilities employ high capacity equipment that can shape metals up from .25” to .5” thick, depending on operation. Welding and brazing is performed by skilled, certified welders capable of providing precision welds on the most complex work. In addition we also employ state of the art laser cutting equipment with enough power to cut metals up to 1” thick with precise control. The flexibility of these capabilities is augmenting by features such as computer control and semi automation, which enhances productivity and precision.
