ASSOCIATE SPOTLIGHT: Jeff Hack

Nearly 8½ years ago, Jeff Hack stepped through the doors of our McPherson, Kansas manufacturing facility, welding torch in hand and determination in his eyes. A proud graduate of North Central Kansas Tech, he brought both technical expertise and a genuine pride in his craft.

Last year, his hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to oversee the Weld Department, where he now mentors others with the same precision and passion that defined his journey.

Jeff’s influence extends beyond the shop floor. He is an active member of the Milacron  McPherson Engagement Committee, helping foster a workplace culture rooted in connection and teamwork. Additionally, he serves on the Emergency Response Team, ready to act swiftly whenever safety is at stake.

Outside of work, Jeff and his wife Jodi lead a wholesome and adventurous life. They manage a lively small farm, raising chickens and goats, each with its own unique personality. When fall arrives, they cheer on their Kansas State Wildcats, not just as fans but as season ticket holders! Their passion took them beyond the borders last month, traveling to Ireland to watch K-State kick off the season in style.

At Milacron, Jeff finds fulfillment in teamwork and the joy of seeing plans come to fruition. His favorite moments are when associates unite, each contributing their part to build something greater than themselves.
