With more than 23 years of experience in tooling and die head engineering, John Giardina plays a vital role in advancing Milacron’s engineering excellence from the McPherson, Kansas region. A Senior Design Engineer, John brings deep expertise gained through 13 years at Genca Tooling and the past decade with Milacron, specializing in the design, fabrication, and long-term performance of die heads and tooling systems.

John is known for blending hands-on manufacturing knowledge with strong technical design capabilities to solve complex customer challenges. Throughout his career, he has led and supported initiatives that strengthen process reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall product quality. Originally from New Jersey, John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, following and participating in sports, reading, studying science and cosmology, and tackling hands-on projects around his home in Florida.
