Milacron QSeries 170 Engineered for performance, energy efficiency, and value

Milacron will feature its Q‑Series 170‑ton, servo‑hydraulic injection molding machine, suitable for the automotive, construction, packaging, electrical, and custom molder market segments. The low-to-mid-tonnage IMM provides quality performance, as well as quick delivery and commissioning.

  • Double‑toggle design for energy savings and high‑speed operation

The Q‑170 will run a mobile phone holder application, using DME mold technology and BioLogiQ bio‑resin (1.47 oz/part), demonstrating Milacron’s commitment to sustainability.

Milacron will also demonstrate the Roboshot ALPHA‑S110iB, an all‑electric injection molding machine optimized for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) applications in automotive, electrical, and medical markets.

The work cell will produce a medical membrane part, leveraging a 28mm LSR injection package for ultra‑precise dosing – ideal for cleanroom environments.
