Dennis SmithPresident and Chief Executive Officer
President of Uniloy
Over several decades, Dennis has built significant experience in a range of diversified manufacturing and service businesses, including several of the best-known U.S. industrial companies – icons such as GE and Lennox International.
Dennis began his career in sales and held a number of positions with increasing responsibility prior to being named to a business leadership position. Dennis has had the opportunity to lead five different businesses, each significantly improving their performance under his leadership. At Milacron, he has led the company through sales growth of over 50% and a profit increase of over $100M since 2009.

David E. LawrencePresident – Plastics Machinery Injection/Extrusion and Mold Technologies
A 35-year veteran of the plastics industry, Dave has been with Milacron since 1996, when Milacron acquired DME. He had joined DME in 1988 as a plant manager and was vice president of manufacturing and engineering when it was acquired by Milacron, then became president of DME and vice president of Milacron in 2004.
In December 2008, Lawrence was elected President and CEO of Milacron Inc. and was named to his current position in August 2009.

Dean RobertsPresident of the Americas Aftermarket Services
With over 28 years of experience, Dean joined Milacron in 2010 to lead the Company’s Aftermarket Services Business.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving aftermarket business, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Aftermarket Sales for Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. He began his career with Honeywell, and held several positions of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure there.

John C. FrancyVice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer
John’s 20+ year career with Milacron began as a staff accountant in the Advanced Manufacturing Systems Division.
He held various positions in different divisions, including Controller and Treasurer, before being appointed Vice President, Finance in 2004 and to his current position in 2008.

Robert C. McKeePresident – Global Industrial Fluids
In over 20 years with Milacron, Bob has held managerial positions in various divisions throughout the company, beginning as senior development engineer.
He became VP General Manager of Consumable Products Division before he was appointed to his current position as president of President of Industrial Fluids in 2000.
