Milacron to Exhibit Solutions, Technology & Service for Plastics Processors at K-Show 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany this October

Milacron displays full range of plastics processing manufacturing applications, including an all-electric injection molding work cell, in Hall 14, Booth A34.

Malterdingen, Germany – Milacron is pleased to confirm its upcoming presence at K-Show 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for plastics and rubber industries, taking place in Düsseldorf from October 8-15, 2025. One of the world’s leading suppliers of injection molding machines and solutions, Milacron showcased the eQ Series with monosandwich solutions in an all-electric injection molding application for the first time last fall during Fakuma.

Visitors are invited to Hall 14, Booth A34 to explore Milacron’s latest innovations in plastics processing technology and solutions at K-Show 2025. The eQ80 work cell features a 16-cavity mold cell from our trusted partner CEMA Technologies for medical applications. This high-performance machine exemplifies Milacron’s commitment to flexibility, energy efficiency, and value.

“Participating in K-Show 2025 underscores Milacron’s dedication to leading the plastics industry with innovative, reliable, and sustainable processing solutions,” said Alex Boos, Managing Director, Milacron Europe. “Our focus remains on delivering flexible, cost-effective machinery, connected digital solutions, and unmatched aftermarket support to help our European customers succeed globally.”

All-electric eQ80 injection molding technology features medical applications
The eQ-Series platform is the newest offering in Milacron’s all-electric line of machines for the European market. This platform is entirely controlled by the latest generation of servo drives, resulting in maximized acceleration, precise control, and reduced cycle times.

Engineered for greater rigidity, eQ-Series’ proven performance delivers customers the freedom to produce almost anything with one machine. Cleanroom-ready, the eQ80 is ideal for applications that demand precise process control, high-speed injections, and consistent repeatability.

With high levels of built-in process customization, the eQ-Series comes with standard features capable of producing specialized items. The high-performance injection unit offers selectable injection dynamics that support special applications and improve component life. The eQ-Series also comes equipped with a powerpack inside the base of the machine. This reduces the overall footprint and the need to invest in an external powerpack.

Highlighted with the Mosaic control system, the eQ80 is optimized for medical syringe covers and other precise, medical components.
