How Our Process Works
You tell us the shot size you need that’s outside the standard frame size of your injection unit.
We custom design a conversion to your injection unit.
The process involves changing out components from the spline bushing out to the barrel adapter. The outer diameters of the components remain constant, while the inner diameters change to meet your new injection needs.
Injected pressures, software issues, feedscrew L/D and compression rations, as well as flight configurations are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
