Robust and rugged, Milacron’s  N-Series features a toggle mechanism that is optimized for productivity and reliability. Thanks to our wide skate design, the N-Series can accommodate heavier molds typically reserved for larger machines.  The toggle clamp is coupled with a twin-cylinder injection unit that uniformly distributes the load across the screw center line, making the N-Series ideal for various applications like automotive, packaging, consumer goods, custom molding, construction, medical, electrical, and electronics.

The N-Series has 8 clamp tonnages that are paired with 8 variations of injection units, allowing for a wide range of operational capacity. Clamp, injection unit, screw, and barrel technologies can be configured to optimize the production of a large range of parts.

Completely controlled by servo drives, the N-Series offers better acceleration and exceptional accuracy. With improved repeatability and precise rotational control, the N-Series excels across all processes that require precise motion, position, and pressure control. All of this in an energy-efficient and compact footprint package.
