TELESERVICE

We’re handy wherever you are:
Ferromatik’s Teleservice

You want immediate on-site service, but without a service technician? Nothing could be easier: Ferromatik’s Teleservice makes it possible. A VPN tunnel connects your machine to an in-house expert’s computer in Malterdingen. This makes it easy to conduct a remote analysis and modify machine parameters, determine faults or transfer updates to your machine. The Ethernet-based Teleservice guarantees a rapid connection with the latest security standards. Using Teleservice only requires a MOSAIC operator terminal with X20 control.
